ABSTRACT:

The present paper goes for analyzing Chetan Bhagat's famous novel 2 States from various angles whether it is theme, social criticism, and stylistic techniques. Consequently, the basic estimation has been partitioned into various segments. It describes a wide movement that created in the late-twentieth century crosswise over philosophy, the arts, design, and criticism which denoted a departure from modernism. The term postmodernism has been applied both to the era following modernity, and to a large group of movements inside that era chiefly in art, music, and literature that reacted against various trends in modernism. In 1921 and 1925, postmodernism had been utilized to depict new types of art and music.
