ABSTRACT:

This research presents the results of a feasibility assessment on implementing ICT in schools. Mixed method research (both qualitative and quantitative) was employed and due to the nature of research, data collection included two stages: library and field study. This research determines the effects of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) on the upcoming generation of urban and suburban communities. This article discusses the Roles of ICT in education. Information communication technologies (ICT) at present are influencing every aspect of human life. They are playing salient roles in work places, business, education, and entertainment. Moreover, many people recognize ICTs as catalysts for change; change in working conditions, handling and exchanging information, teaching methods, learning approaches, scientific research, and in accessing information.
