ABSTRACT:

The present study is related to the Multi Activity Instructional Programme and its effect on students. The study will be prove there will be significant changes on students due to the multi activity instructional programme. The present study is mainly done in Bachelor of Physical Education students from Mangalore University. Total of thirty Four students randomly selected for present study. The performance level of students has been measured through the specific fitness battery. Pre and post test were compared with the T ratio. The conclusion of study is, it has been improved the performance level of students after the Multi Activity Instructional Programme,
