ABSTRACT:

Internationalbusiness comprises all commercial transactions(private and governmental,sales, investments, logisticsand transportation) that take place between two ormore regions,countries and nations beyondtheir political boundaries. Usually, private companies undertake such transactions for profit; governments undertakethem for profit and for political reasons. The term "internationalbusiness" refers to all those business activitieswhich involve cross-border transactions of goods, services, resources betweentwo or more nations. Transactions of economic resources include capital, skills, people etc. forinternational production of physical goods and services such as finance,banking, insurance, construction etc.
