An incorporated and thorough way to deal with our medical services program was made by building up Primary Health Centers as a piece of medical services framework of the country. Odisha looks to its medical services like some other State in the country as wellbeing is a subject under State List of our Constitution. However, the middle plans a National Health Policy, to be dealt with by the States.
