ABSTRACT:

Work is basically considered as one of the features of life despite of the limited financial resources of some of the essential human requirements like physical and physical mobility satisfies social requirements and self-value. Nonetheless, it can also be a source of strain. In the last ten years, the issues of strain and its consequences on organizations has received much attention. As per modern environment, most of the occupational or work stress is experienced everywhere in various types of organizations. Technological and globalization growth and complicated nature of work have brought modern challenges as well as new stressors to workers. Demands of job and Indian economy are basically experiencing noticeable transitions. As a consequence of these fast changes and advancements, workers of both private and public sectors are basically facing gradual increment work strain of India. Hence, there is the requirement of advance HR approaches and practices for management of strain in improving productivity of both sole and organizations. On the basis of all available data, this study concludes that the management of stress should be taken as a primary approaches and operational distress for all organizations because of the direct relationship between good employment practices and effective outcomes.
