ABSTRACT:

A varying trend of the stock market is observed in most of the cases where sometimes, the stock market goes upward and sometimes, it moves downward. Hence, the volatility of the stock market tends to variate. It is also observed that there is no much association between the volatility of stock market and the variables of the trading activities. Also, the volatility in stock market doesn’t vary in case of Nifty index. This increase in the volatility is related to the rebound. It is also observed that many organizations don’t impose the financial derivatives in proper way as they think that these financial derivatives are of not much usage. But, the fact is that risk factors are immensely reduced due to the usage of financial derivatives.
