ABSTRACT:

In this paper we will discuss about the Role of library management in arts and commerce colleges in the time of data blast in 21st century is significant. Library attempts to give greatest assistance gives to understudies, staff, and outer peruses in least expense. In this paper I have talked about the best practices in the library of Colleges. Role of school of expressions and business library advancement is significant, so it attempts to create library through the library best practices in their production Best Practices in Academic Libraries. In this paper I have expressed the present status of the library of Arts and Commerce college advancement. Finally give the best practices in the library, for example Library services to outer perusers, Internet Facility in the Library, Book Bank Facility and Information about Competitive Exams. Library is an assortment of wellsprings of data and comparative assets, made available to a characterized network for reference or obtaining. In this manner the way toward taking care of a library physically is irksome and awkward. As respects to this perspective, the mechanized system for taking care of the exercises of library management gives a far reaching approach to decrease physical work, to lessen multifaceted nature of the manual system and soon. This project work intends to plan and execute a mechanized library management system.
