Microbialproduction of Cellulase and Bioethanol Were Studied Using Sugar Beet Pulp (Sbp)As a Substrate By Trichoderma Reesei Andsaccharomyces Cerevisiae,Respectively. the Subculturemedium For Cellulase Production Was a Salt Solution. Fungal Cells Weresub-Cultured In an Orbital Shaker at 30°C For 4 to 6 Days and Then Were Used Asan Inoculum. Exponential Cells Were Inoculated into a Medium Containing Sbp. Amaximum Cellulase Activity of 0.46 Iu/Ml of Filter Paper Activity Was Obtained.Ethanol Yield Was Higher In Pretreated Sbp Than In Non-Treated Sbp. After 24 Hfermentation Period, 0.11 G/L Ethanol Was Produced from Pretreated Sbp, Whilenon-Treated Sbp Produced 0.05 G/L Ethanol.
