Library and Information centers play an important role inthe life of Information seekers. In traditional time, libraries are known as astore house of books but now it becomes an information centre that provides alltype of information to satisfy their user and for performing this job the roleof library professionals is also changes. They play different types of role atdifferent stage of information communication technology. This paper describesall the key roles that perform library and information professional to fulfillall the requirements of users in ICT environment.
