ABSTRACT:

Research methodology is applied under real conditions in company, whichis manufacturing bicycle components. In generally, companies’ reason forradical changes of manufacturing process structures are mainly motivated byrecognition that so called process type layout do not suit just-in-timephilosophy. That kind of planningoriented production system ends up being asystem that requires pushing for sales.
