ABSTRACT:

It isrelated with taxes and government spending. This policy is there to controlinflation and demand in the economy. Usually government collects money in theform of taxes and spends money through its development expenditure such asbuilding roads, bridge, defence, transports etc. Government constantly monitorsthe aggregate demand in the economy. Inflation rate gives the correct measureof the aggregate demand in the economy.
